Wright High School and to provide additional information about current plans for the facility. Applicant: Recovery School District (RSD) Seeking Public Comment FEMA initiated a National Historic Preservation Act Section 106 review forRSD's plans for the second phase of renovation of Sophie B. Wright High School and this Addendum supplements and updates the notice FEMA posted on June 26, 2013. Wright High School to include interior renovations, relocation of the main entrance from the ground floor to the second floor, remediation of newly discovered termite damage, and construction of a gymnasium building on the rear of the school. Any member of the public is encouraged to provide views on this project.
