The following information applies to LSM's sites in New Orleans. For information on programs at other sites, please contact those sites directly.

In order to ensure that you and your students have the optimal learning experience at the Louisiana State Museum, we have developed these pre- and post-visit materials, lesson plans, and reading lists specifically for K-12 audiences. We encourage you to incorporate these into your classroom curriculum and to adapt them to your own needs. The Education Department also regularly introduces these and other educational programs at workshops and other professional development events for teachers.
